As if the unconditional love wasn’t enough, a major brewing company is offering an incentive to encourage animal adoptions during the pandemic. Busch Beer says animal shelters need our support now more than ever, and they’re ready to put their beer where your mouth is. They’re offering people ‘Busch Beer for 3 months’ when they bring home a furry new family member.
Everyone could use a companion for the couch right now. So if you foster (or adopt) a dog from Midwest Animal Rescue, we’ll give you 3 months’ worth of Busch to enjoy by their side. Go to https://t.co/S58CM3Z6OM to learn more.

Busch said in a statement to People,
“During these uncertain and lonelier times, people need an escape: cue the cute puppy memes and photos. But as much as we need those cute puppy pics to help get us through social distancing, it’s actually them who need us.”
As the world continues its social distancing efforts, animal shelters are faced with unprecedented challenges. They have to find ways to keep people safe and continue to save pets. Many have been forced to shut their doors, and that puts countless animals at risk.
Animal shelters always encourage adopting and fostering, but their situation is now dire. The more animals that go to new homes, the more lives are saved during these difficult times.

How To Get Your Free Beer
To help save lives, Busch is teaming up with Midwest Animal Rescue and Services in Missouri. Anyone who wants free beer should adopt or foster a dog from the shelter. Once you have your new family member, send proof of the adoption to Busch through their social media pages.
The brewing company will then send the first 500 adopters a pre-paid debit card worth $100. That’s enough money to fuel the next several weeks of quarantine. The adoption incentive will go on until they reach 500 adopters or until April 25.
While the current pandemic could last weeks, now might be the perfect time to bring home a pet. Families have time to stay at home and train their new dogs, and we all know dogs offer a special kind of support and healing. A wagging tail might be exactly what you need to relieve stress, anxiety, and loneliness.
